Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Noble Stone Realtors, we value our clients and aim to maintain transparency in all financial dealings. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Service Fees
- Once services such as property consultancy, site visits, or documentation support have been provided, the fees paid are non-refundable.
2. Booking Amounts / Advance Payments
- Any booking amount or advance payment made for a property is subject to the terms and conditions agreed with the builder, developer, or property owner.
- Noble Stone Realtors acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for refund or cancellation decisions made by third parties.
3. Cancellation by Client
- If you wish to cancel a service request, you must inform us in writing at the earliest possible time.
- In case of cancellation before service delivery, we may refund a portion of the amount, after deducting administrative or processing charges.
4. Cancellation by Noble Stone Realtors
- In rare cases, if we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to our own reasons, we will issue a full refund of any service fee paid.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
- A duplicate or erroneous payment was made.
- Services were not delivered due to an error from our side.
6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
- Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or administrative costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.
7. No Return of Services
- As our offerings relate to services and property transactions, there is no concept of product returns.
